Eten Glofiish X800, Excellent with the Third Generation Technology
Category: Cellphone News and Cellphone Gadgets -
In 2007 CeBIT Trade Exhibition held in Hannover, Germany from March 15-21, 2007, Eten exhibited their first 3.5G PDA phone, named Gloofiish X800. This PDA phone offers HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) technology, which promises a fast connection during the process of downloading, internet browsing, email checking, and any other data transferring activities. Gloofish is also ensured to be able to access the latest mobile service technologies, such as VoIP, video streaming, and video calling.
The operation system used in this PDA phone is Windows Mobile 6 Crossbow Professional. Meanwhile, the processor used is 400 MHz Samsung S3C2440, similar to the processor of Glofiish M700 which was released earlier.
With this latest operation system, Eten claimed that Eten Gloofish X800 would ease its users in running features such as web search, email, instant messaging, and blogging.
Eten Glofiish X800’s Mobile Office even can provide better performance in document editing, spreadsheets, and presentation.
The resolution in this PDA is 640×480 pixels (VGA), far denser if compared to former Eten’s products. As a result, its multimedia features such as music player, as well as the pictures and videos captured by its 2 mega pixels camera, can be displayed in sharp, smooth, and detailed view.
The other superior features Eten Glofiish X800 has are auto focus camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, FM radio, and finally, the SiRF Star III chipset which enables Glofiish X800 to function like GPS receiver.
