Based on its look, SMS is less sophisticated than Instant Messaging (IM) which was more attractive and colorful. But this won’t last for long. Recently, Samsung had introduced an SMS whose display is different than the usual.
Ultra Smart F520 is Samsung’s first cell phone which has the ability to display the SMSs in a comic-like way. The messages received in different sessions from the same person will be displayed in continuous conversations.
Although it looks simple, in fact this display is very effective. This way, similar to IM display, users can easily recognize a particular sender and contents among messages from numerous senders.
Previously, Samsung also had introduced video chat, an IM feature including the video display of the person you are talking to. This feature is available in Samsung SCH-W569.
